Impressions are slowly settling, and we fondly remember our successful 3-day Kick-Off Meeting within the Erasmus+ project “Head–Heart–Hands – 3H for Climate Agents of Change.”

Today, we would like to share with you photos from the third day of our Kick-Off Meeting, when we:
participated in an inspiring lecture of Danielle Arigoni – “Climate Resilience for an Aging Nation”
talked about climate resilience of older population
jointly defined the final agreements, plans, and next steps
concluded the meeting in a pleasant atmosphere with a farewell lunch 
We thank all our partners for their excellent cooperation, openness, and the energy they brought to Slavonski Brod.
This is just the beginning of our 3H journey — with Head, Heart and Hands!
