Day two of our #ErasmusPlus project kick-off meeting
Head-Heart-Hands – 3H for Climate Agents of Change was fully dedicated to podcast education – from concept to execution!![]()
Partners from Slovenia, Germany and France took part in a full-day training workshop, during which we explored:

Session II – Equipment and Tools
- Proper Use of Equipment
- How to Choose and Prep Your Guests
Session III – Launching and Promoting Your Podcast
- How to Start a Podcast from Scratch
- Basic Podcast Marketing Strategies
Session IV – Hosting Skills
- Leading a Conversation
- Creating Your Unique Style


We concluded the day with a joint reflection, exchange of impressions and preparation for the next steps. During the break, we introduced our partners to Slavonian cuisine and our local specialties

The atmosphere was productive, motivating and inspiring — just the kind that fosters great stories and we’re confident it will do the same for the podcasts we’ll create throughout this project! ![]()

Today marks the final day, featuring a lecture by Danielle Arigoni from the United States, who will speak to us about climate resilience in the elderly population. ![]()
