About project
The path to climate literacy
The Erasmus+ Head–Heart–Hands (3H) project introduces a new, holistic approach to climate change education. We believe that effective climate education must engage the whole person – mind, emotions and body.
We focus especially on educating adults and older adults – groups with valuable experience and wisdom to share, who are often left out of climate programs.
Creating Agents of Change across Europe
Our goal is simple yet ambitious: to create a network of informed, engaged and emotionally connected individuals who become drivers of change in their communities. Through workshops, educational tools and climate stories, we build a bridge between knowledge and action.
