How do different generations think about and talk about climate change?

During February, two in-person focus groups and one online focus group were held on the topic “How do we communicate about climate change?” as part of the Head–Heart–Hands project. Participants included representatives of all age groups involved in the project – from younger individuals to those over 65 – enabling a valuable intergenerational exchange of experiences and perspectives.

We discussed:
💬 how people perceive climate change
💬 how important these topics are in their daily lives
💬 and how often they talk about them with others

The focus groups built on a survey we conducted earlier, giving us an even clearer and more comprehensive picture of people’s attitudes and experiences.

The atmosphere was excellent and very stimulating 😊 Participants were open, communicative, and willing to share their thoughts, which led to engaging and constructive discussions.

🌱 These kinds of meetings show how important it is to encourage dialogue about climate change and to connect different generations.

Thank you to all participants for their involvement and valuable contributions! 💚
